At The KB Co., we stand behind the quality of our hemp-derived products. Due to the nature of our goods, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer in-store credit on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for store credit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to refuse store credit if the product has been tampered with.
